Everyone here is usually really nice and positive and they get coffee/food out quickly. However lately this younger girl has been really rude in the drive through window, she mad dogs me, doesn’t smile or say a word to me and it honestly will be the reason I don’t come back to this location. She was working today (wens 17th) and yesterday at around 8:20 am. I’ll go to the San Marino location from now on instead. I’d rather not start my day with bad vibes or negative energy.

Midnight manager was so rude. Would not let me modify the pills in my drink . Said for inventory. I wanted 3 more pumps. He was rude and said I should just cancel my order

Total Scam, this is all foam and ice. There is no liquid in here. 6 bucks and then they give stare at you and ask you to tip them in the drive through. Don’t go here

I thought it was a little odd that the barista taking my order through the drive-thru said they "do not serve anything called a Medicine Ball", when I have been calling it by that secret menu name for the longest time. He went on to explain that what they do serve is a Honey Citrus Mint Tea, which is essentially the "Medicine Ball". He also said they were getting killed and the wait time for my drink would be 10 minutes. I said, "No problem, I'm in no rush" and proceeded to the cashier window. My drink was ready in no more than 2 minutes after I paid. Overall, they were polite and my MEDICINE BALL was piping hot and tasted good.

The line is always long at this location but it moves pretty quickly. I got the banana bread and pumpkin bread. I heard rumors the pumpkin bread is going away which I hope is not true. The banana bread was not very good it lacks the banana flavor and real bananas 🍌 I was only able to order a tall cup of ice which sucked. I prefer a venti cup of ice to put my coffee in when it gets cold. The staff was nice and location was clean. Ten out of ten recommend this location if you are not in a hurry.
